This simply delicious salad was made by my better half and sent me right over the edge. Surprisingly extremely filling (even for a carb-addict).

- 1 smoked chicken breast - chopped
- 1/4 head of lettuce chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
- 1 disk of feta
- 1 avocado - cut into cubs
- 5 disks of cucumber - cut into halves
- Your choice of creamy salad dressing
- Chuck the lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, avos into a salad bowl.
- Crumble the feta over the salad.
- Stir in your salad dressing.
